Lavender Graze Co. is a mobile charcuterie cart and graze box business based in McAllen, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through lavendergrazeco.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, our form asks for:

• Your full name, phone number, and email address
• Your event date, and if you'd like to share them, the event location (venue or city) and start time
• Whether you're interested in the mobile grazing cart or boxes and platters
• Whether your event is indoors or outdoors (for cart requests)
• Your approximate guest count
• Your event type: wedding, corporate event, private party, or other
• Whether you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry
• Whether you'd like to join our VIP list

The form also records which page you sent it from and whether you were on a phone or a computer.

When you join the VIP list, we collect your email address.

When you call, text, or email us, we keep what you send so we can reply and plan your order.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical information when you visit. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you view, the site that sent you to us, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect it with cookies and similar tools, described below.

• Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to show us how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Google Analytics.
• Our website platform uses a cookie to recognize your visit, so a quote request can be matched with the pages viewed during that visit.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Reply to your quote request and send you pricing
• Plan, confirm, and serve your event or prepare your order
• Send you the texts and emails you asked for, such as updates about your inquiry and booking
• Send VIP emails with charcuterie tips and special offers, including our first-event discount, if you joined the VIP list
• Understand how people use our website so we can make it better
• Keep business records and meet our legal obligations

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Who helps us run things

We share information with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do that work:

• Our customer management and messaging platform. Quote requests and VIP sign-ups are sent to GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), the system we use to keep track of inquiries and to send text messages. Our emails come from us, using our own email and CRM tools.
• Google Analytics 4. Google processes the analytics data described above. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on any website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
• Hosting and database providers. These companies host our website, its images, and its fonts (including Google Fonts), and store our VIP list in a database.

Our website links to our Instagram account, @lavendergrazecompany. When you visit Instagram, Instagram's own privacy policy applies.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or others.

Text messages (SMS)

When you check the text message box on our quote form, you agree to receive texts from Lavender Graze Co. about your inquiry and booking at the number you provided. Agreeing to texts is not required to request a quote or book with us.

• What we send: texts about your inquiry and booking, such as replies to your quote request and booking updates. We don't send marketing texts.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. After that, we won't text you again unless you opt back in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our messaging platform and the wireless carriers deliver texts on our behalf. We share your phone number with them only so your messages can be delivered. The full text program terms are on our Terms and Conditions page.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and booking information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep accurate business records, and meet legal and tax requirements. We keep VIP list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention settings.

How we protect it

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as working with established service providers and limiting who can access customer records. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission.

Children's privacy

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

• Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
• Leave the VIP list: use the unsubscribe link in any VIP email, or email us and we'll remove you.
• See, correct, or delete your information: email jess@lavendergrazeco.com. We may need to confirm it's really you first. We may keep some records, such as booking and payment records, when the law requires it.
• Limit cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on linked above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or our website changes. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
